Outlook 365

Day Class – 1 day; 8 hours
  Wednesday – 9:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
Night Classes Online – 2 days; 8 hours
  Tuesday and Wednesday – 6:00 pm – 10:00 pm

The Outlook course includes instruction on using email appropriately, creating an Outlook email, organizing your calendar, and scheduling appointments.

Word 365, Level I

Day Classes – 2 days; 16 hours
  Monday and Tuesday – 9:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
Night Classes Online – 4 nights; 16 hours
  Monday – Thursday; 6:00 pm – 10:00 pm

Microsoft Word 365, Level I is a step-by-step course designed to introduce individuals how to work with Word, work within your document, use the help features, access the toolbars, use tabs and group commands, use the home and tab ribbons, create new documents, apply a font dialog, format a document, and print a document.

Excel 365, Level I

Day Classes – 3 days; 24 hours
  Wednesday – Friday; 9:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
Night Classes Online – 5 nights; 24 hours, including homework
  Monday – Friday; 6:00 pm – 10:00 pm

In Microsoft Excel 365, Level I, students will learn the basic excel features and formulas, how to work with data within a spreadsheet, the auto fill options, the editing tools, how to modify cells data and use cell formatting options, and how to use charts, tables, and graphs to enhance data analysis. Instruction in printing includes learning print commands, print preview options, and basic print options.

PowerPoint 365

Day Classes – 2 days; 16 hours
  Monday and Tuesday; 9:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
Night Classes Online – 4 nights; 16 hours
  Monday – Thursday; 6:00 pm – 10:00 pm

The step-by-step introductory Microsoft PowerPoint 365 course introduces students to the basic components of creating a PowerPoint presentation. Instruction will include the following: basic terminology, creating different PowerPoint slide types, formatting texts and paragraphs within your presentation, adding tables and pictures, and presenting your slides.

  -High School Diploma or Equivalent
  -Basic Computer Skills
  -Letters of Recommendation

  -Bio: Professor Thompson is a certified Microsoft Office Specialist (MOS) with over a decade of experience in teaching Excel at both beginner and                      advanced levels. He is known for his engaging teaching style and expertise in data analysis and visualization.

 

Dr. Emily White
  -Specialization: Microsoft Word
  -Bio: Dr. White is a Microsoft Certified Trainer (MCT) with a Ph.D. in Information Technology. She has conducted numerous workshops on Microsoft Word and     is dedicated to helping students master document creation, formatting, and collaboration.

 

Professor David Lee
  -Specialization: Microsoft PowerPoint
  -Bio: Professor Lee is an experienced presenter and educator who specializes in Microsoft PowerPoint. He has developed engaging presentations for                corporate clients and is committed to teaching students how to create compelling slideshows with visual impact.

 

Dr. Michael Smith
  -Specialization: Microsoft Outlook
  -Bio: Dr. Smith is a Microsoft Certified Solutions Expert (MCSE) with expertise in Microsoft Outlook. He has helped organizations streamline their email                 communication and calendar management systems and is passionate about sharing his knowledge with students.
